European Copyright : A new start in the digital age?

Brussels / Strasbourg - Following the trilogue of the European Commission, the Council and the Parliament, a compromise on the reform of copyright in the digital age will be submitted for the second time to the vote of the European Parliament. The text proposes to guarantee the right of ownership of producers of protected content, by introducing i.a. a verification of content downloaded from the Internet in relation to its protection level.
